Mix and side aside:
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 tsp soda
Put into medium pot and bring to a boil then turn off stove:
- 1 stick butter
- 4 Tbps cocoa
- 1/2 canola oil
- 1 cup water
Put into mixing bowl and beat:
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- Chocolate liquid
- Buttermilk and soda
Once the mixture has cooled some:
- add two beaten eggs and finish mixing
Pour into greased pyrex 9.5 x 14 dish and bake for 25 minutes.
Icing
Melt 1 stick butter in a medium pot Add
- 4 Tbs cocoa
- 6 Tbs milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cup pecans
- 1 lb powdered
