- Prepare that you need to make these ahead of time. They will go in the freezer.
- Mix together eggs, sugar and vanilla in a stand mixer
- Slowly add mixed, dry ingredients
- Ball into cookies and put in gallon sized freezer bag
- When you are ready to bake, bake at 325 for 16 minutes
Chocolate Chip Cookies
Dry
- 10 5/8 oz flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Sugar and Wet Ingredients
- 1.5 sticks butter
- 7oz brown sugar
- 3.5 oz sugar
- 1 large egg and 1 egg yolk
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1.5 cups chocolate chips
