Chocolate Chip Cookies

Dry

  • 10 5/8 oz flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Sugar and Wet Ingredients

  • 1.5 sticks butter
  • 7oz brown sugar
  • 3.5 oz sugar
  • 1 large egg and 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1.5 cups chocolate chips
  1. Prepare that you need to make these ahead of time. They will go in the freezer.
  2. Mix together eggs, sugar and vanilla in a stand mixer
  3. Slowly add mixed, dry ingredients
  4. Ball into cookies and put in gallon sized freezer bag
  5. When you are ready to bake, bake at 325 for 16 minutes
