Chocolate Pot de Creme

A few cups
  • 4 oz chocolate, pinch salt
  • 1 cup cream
  • 3.5 Tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  1. Chop chocolate into fine slivers
  2. Simmer cream, sugar and vanilla
  3. Add chocolate, do not let cream boil
  4. Pour into mugs
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight
