- Chop chocolate into fine slivers
- Simmer cream, sugar and vanilla
- Add chocolate, do not let cream boil
- Pour into mugs
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight
Chocolate Pot de Creme
- 4 oz chocolate, pinch salt
- 1 cup cream
- 3.5 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
